When you contract Yoran Properties LLC to service your property, we use a user-friendly app that lets renters apply for your residence, submit information for a background check, pay their rent, and submit maintenance requests.

Locating Potential Renters
Finding The Rental
Online Platforms: Use websites like Zillow, Apartments.com, Realtor’s websites, or RentCafe to search for available rentals.
In-Person: Visit properties, attend open houses, or check bulletin boards for listings.
Word of Mouth: Ask friends, family, or colleagues for recommendations
Applying for The Rental
Application Submission: Potential Clients fill out a rental application, either online or through our app.
Application Fee: The Potential client will pay the application fee ($150) which includes the background ($40) and credit checks ($40).
Required Documents: They will provide identification, proof of income (e.g., pay stubs or bank statements), and previous landlord references.
Employment Verification: Yoran Properties LLC will verify employment to confirm their income.

Rental Application Review and Approval
Application Processing:
YP will review applications and conduct background checks and credit checks.
Approval Timeline:
The process can take anywhere from a few days to a week, depending on the applicant and the complexity of the application.
Rejection:
If YP rejects an application, client will be notified in writing. Rejection can be a result of a potential clients credit history, background check results, or other factors.
Lease Agreement and Move In
Lease Agreement:
Once approved, the client will receive a lease agreement, which is a legally binding contract outlining the terms of their tenancy.
Lease Review:
Clients will carefully review the lease agreement to understand their rights and responsibilities.
Signing the Lease:
The client can sign in person or through DocuSign. The client will be required to pay the security deposit and first month’s rent by app or cashier’s check.
Moving In:
The new client must provide the utility account numbers before moving in. The client will be provided keys and other move in accessories. YP will also provide a welcome gift
Collecting Rent and Maintenance Request
Yoran Properties LLC uses an app that collects rent online for and allows the tenant to pay online.The app allows tenants to pay rent via various methods: debit cards, credit cards, and ACH payments. YP will receive payment within 2-3 business days. Our app offers features like automated rent reminders, late fee management, and the ability to track payments.
Clients will be able to provide maintenance request through our app. Work orders will be given a level of severity and completed within 24 hours. Emergencies will be dealt with immediately and clients are always urged to call 911.
